Comes from the peninsula down in Melbourne. Beach sand is a fine triple washed bright white sand also known as sandpit sand. It meets Australian standard AS4422. Beach Sand is very fine sand with very small particles.

This type of sand can be used for grouting joints in paving or patio slabs and also can be used to sweep over an artificial lawn or sandpits. It’s also a component of concrete, sand cement and render mixes. Great for kids to play in and it's non-irritating.
